This 16 gauge cartilage earring is made with 10mm 316L surgical grade stainless steel, designed to be worn in the left ear. It's heart shaped and features the detailed form of a winged dragon, apparently caught in the act of climbing up the side of the heart. Closure rings are super easy to insert and remove - just give it a light twist, insert it into your piercing and gently bend it closed.
